How do I install Nynx?
Download the Windows installer, open it and follow the setup steps. The main app and NYNX VISION are included. No ZIP extraction or separate updater files needed.
How do future updates work?
Installed Windows clients can check for updates in Nynx Settings. The app downloads the installer and offers Restart and install when it's ready. Portable ZIP editions use a different update path.
Why might Windows show a warning?
The installer is currently unsigned, so Windows may display an unknown-publisher warning. The download buttons on this page link directly to the official Nynx GitHub release.
Are ROMs or sprite packs included?
ROMs are not included. Interactive ROM-based maps require your own supported game files. Sprite packs are optional; online sprite options are available in the app.
Can I use it on Mac?
Mac support is still being tested. A public Mac download will be added when it's ready.
Are the preview statistics live?
No. These are captures of the actual Nynx interface populated with example hunts, catches and events. They demonstrate the layout, not current spawns, guaranteed encounters or real player results. Hunt-time calculations are estimates, not guarantees.
